During the arrangement, we will install the furniture in the room of your choice.

ASSEMBLY AND
COMMISSIONING

The household appliances will be positioned in the room of your choice and the electrical connections made except for the stoves which will not be connected and we will give you the user manuals.

MODIFICATION OR
CANCELLATION

You can change the date of your move by contacting us by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+33 1 86 65 10 00). If you finally want to pick up the furniture yourself at our warehouse, you can cancel the order for the moving in / out service by contacting us and this according to our cancellation conditions.

WARRANTY AND
REPAIR IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN

If a product breaks down, you will need to contact customer service on +33 1 86 65 10 00. A technical advisor will diagnose your fault. If the latter is not resolved after this phone call, we will intervene at your home within 72 hours. If our technician cannot solve the problem, we will exchange your defective product free of charge with an identical or higher product.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

You can tell us the preferential pick-up date for the furniture at the start of your rental and adjust it afterwards. You must, at the latest 21 days before your departure, offer us the date on which you want us to collect the equipment. We will confirm this date to you according to the availability of our teams, the maximum will be done to respect your preference. If the date is not suitable, you will be offered another date.
